About the assignment

At Novare Bemanning, we are a proud and approved supplier of the government framework agreement in Sweden. We are currently looking for a communicator for the Swedish Data Protection Authority in Stockholm.

IMY is currently in need of a communicator who can support the work regarding writing and publishing on the authority's website. The role may also involve tasks related to content on the intranet. As a communicator, you will become part of the communications unit at the authority, where you will work closely with other communicators.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is self-driven and takes initiative. You find it easy to collaborate with others and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility. Furthermore, we expect you to work in a structured and meticulous manner.

Requirements for the position

• higher education, for example in media and communication or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as a communicator
• good knowledge of digital communication
• proficient in MS Office
• very good knowledge of the web publishing tool Optimizely (formerly Episerver)
• excellent skills in expressing oneself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• good knowledge of plain language, i.e., language that is polished, simple, and understandable – and above all adapted to the needs of the recipients
• knowledge of accessibility adaptation of websites.

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is full-time with a planned start date of April 1 and will last for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The place of work is at the authority in Stockholm.
